Confirmation Slip, Invoice : We will send your Confirmation Slip and Invoice via e-mail & whatsapp when your reservation has been confirmed. (Please print this confirmation slip and take it with you).
Reservation and Payment : 1. We accept reservations by email & whatsapp (details) 2. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of reservation. Transaction is by secure bank transfer, the details of which will be provided. 3. A deposit receipt will be sent to you via email or whatsapp once your reservation is confirmed. 4. full will be collected upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun.
Cancellation Policy : 1. Any cancellation within 61 days or more prior to departure date will have a cancellation fee of IDR 750.000 per person deducted for administrative expenses and the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded. 2. Any cancellation between 60 to 31 days prior to departure date will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of deposit trip. 3. Any cancellation within 30 days prior to departure date full cancellation fees will be applied (100% of the total amount of deposit trip). 4. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our email. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by us.
